We at Treeline Technology Private Limited (“Company”) ship our products all across India. We try and ship the products as soon as we receive your orders. However, at times your delivery may take some time in which case we shall keep you informed through mails.

 All orders are usually delivered in 4-5 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for other cities, from the date of order. However, we do not commit any fixed time for delivery. It is possible that the delivery may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities, or other events beyond of our control.

 We collect the following details of the customer/user while placing the order:

  1. Recipient’s name;
  2. Recipient’s address;
  3. Recipient’s contact number;
  4. Recipient’s email address; and/or
  5. Such other information as we may require at the time of placing the order.

The delivery will be made on the shipping address mentioned at the time of placing the order. The Company is not responsible for any damages occurring to the products after the delivery.

Cancellation of the product: Request for cancellation of confirmed order can be made up to 72 hours after the time of order creation.

 Customers are informed of applicable shipping and handling rates at the time of placing the order and checkout, and customers should note these carefully prior to placing the order.

Return & Refund Policy

We work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. We want to make sure that you are fully satisfied with your order from us, always. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product delivered to you then please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at +9196534 55589 or help@cocomo.in.

Exchange of products will only be accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt / tags intact and in their original packing, in an undamaged condition subject to the following terms:

  • Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by the Company.
  • We cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrongful application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Shipping charges will not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
  • Once your return / refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.

Payment mode for refunds, if any, would be the same as used to pay by you, while placing the order. If you paid online, then it will be returned online, if you paid by Cash of Delivery option then it would be refunded to you via Cheque / Demand Draft which will be sent to your address as mentioned while returning the product.
