Why should i not use baby care products on my kids?

Baby care products are too mild for your all-day active and energetic school going children. Why do kids need a different shampoo from adults?

Why are some of the ingredients chemical sounding?

The list of ingredients lists the chemical names. As per the regulations it is mandatory to name the INCI (International nomenclature for cosmetic ingredients) names of all the ingredients on the label. The ingredients that we have used are manufactured by the most sustainable and green chemistry process from natural ingredients. The ingredients that we have used are safe and Natural / Eco-certified.

Why is the consistency/colour/scent different from the product i just ordered to the one i already have?

We use natural ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency, colour and scent may differ.

Why do you recommend patch testing products before use?

While all our formulations undergo rigorous research, ingredient selection, and dermatological testing, we acknowledge that everyone's skin is unique. Though we strive to minimize irritants for young skin, individual reactions can vary. Even with the cleanest, most natural ingredients, some may experience irritation. For products left on the skin for a few minutes or longer, we strongly recommend a patch test. Your skin's well-being is our priority, and we're committed to transparency and safety in all our products."

What should i do if i experience a reaction or irritation to a product?

All our products are dermatologically tested for safety and skin irritation. We want you and your kids to have a positive experience, and we also know that different individuals have different skin types and needs. To be sure that a skin care product works for you and your kids, we recommend you to do a patch test for any new skin care product. However, if something irritates your skin please get in touch. How can I cancel the order?

Requests for cancellation of confirmed orders can be made up to 48 hours after the time of order creation.

Can I return the products?

Exchange of products will only be accepted if the products are returned in a saleable condition and in their original packing, in an undamaged condition subject to the following terms:
  • Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by the Company.
  • We cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products.
  • We are not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrongful application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Once your return / refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-14 business days.

How and when will i receive refund for returned products

Payment mode for refunds, if any, would be the same as used to pay by you, while placing the order. If you paid online, then it will be returned online, if you paid by Cash of Delivery option then it would be refunded to you via Upi or bank transfer.

Where do you ship?

We ship across India. Currently, we do not ship to international destinations.

How many days does it take for delivery?

All orders are usually delivered in 4-5 working days for major cities and 7-10 days for other cities, from the date of order. However, we do not commit any fixed time for delivery. It is possible that the delivery may be slightly delayed due to extreme weather conditions or governmental regulatory activities, or other events beyond our control.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can track your order by clicking the link in your order confirmation email/sms. Please note that it often takes our service carrier 24-48 hours to scan a package and update the tracking information within their system. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification with a unique tracking link.
